Obituaries

On August 24th, 2023, Patricia Gail Alton left this earth peacefully after a long illness.

Patricia (age 61) was born April 14th,1962, in Bloomington, Indiana.

Patricia spent her life in Vincennes, Bloomington, and Brown County, making many friends anywhere she went.

She loved gardening, reading, and spending time with her family. She loved to help others and was an important member in the recovery community, working as a recovery specialist later in life.

She loved her family dearly and had a wonderful witty sense of humor.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jane Stevens Love.

She is survived by her sons; Daniel Alton and Sam Martin, and her grandchildren; Kimberly and Phoenix.

Patricia was cremated and requested a celebration of life be held for her. The celebration of life will take place Saturday, September 9th from 12PM-4PM at Switchyard Park-1601 S. Rogers Street, Bloomington, IN 47403.
