Obituary For Jason Patrick Hofferth

Jason Patrick "Jay" Hofferth, age 44, of Lafayette In. passed away at his home on May 03, 2022. Jay was born in Hammond, IN and was a graduate of Hammond high school. He was a quality control manager at various manufacturing facilities in Lafayette.
Jay had an outgoing personality and a golden heart, He was a true sports fan and a loving uncle.
Jay is survived by Edward (Lisa) Hofferth and Jeremy (Angel) Hofferth as well as nieces, a nephew and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private at the request of the family.

  So sorry for your loss. I loved Jason. Knew him for a long time. He was went with my daughter stephanie when she was 15 and he always visited me at the campground. Will never forget him.
