April Michelle Allman, 43, passed away peacefully with her daughter and big sissy at her side, February 15, 2023 at UK Hospital.

Michelle was born on December, 7th, 1979 to Jerry and Phyllis Allman. She attended Sissonville High School. Michelle was a survivor, she battled years of drug addiction but embraced her sobriety and that became her final addiction. Her family continues to be proud of the warrior she became.

Michelle was greeted in heaven by her mother, Phyllis Clere Allman, her grandparents Isabelle & Jerry Allman, Sr. and Dave & Ruth Clere, several aunts and uncles and her first love, Shaun Taylor. She was also greeted by many of her friends who lost their battle with addiction or whose recovery came too late.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her loving and doting father, Jerry Allman, Jr, her sons, whom she was so proud of, Christopher (Amber) Allman, Seth (Charity) Allman, her best friend and only daughter, Kaitlyn "Abby" (Ametrice) Allman and her beautiful grandchildren Evelyn "Evie", Jah'Kari "Jak" & Sweet Claire. She also leaves behind her big sister, Melissa Cutlip and her baby sister, Amanda Allman. She was a loving Aunt to Joshua, Luke, Julie and Lily and also leaves behind Joe Abshire, who was the father of 2 of her children and one of her greatest supporters.

Michelle will also be greatly missed by the love of her life, Timothy "P-Nut" Burdette and her kitty cats.

A memorial service to celebrate her life and recovery will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel in Charleston, WV, Saturday, March 4th at 2pm. Friends and family may arrive one hour prior to the service.
