Winston Shelton

Winston Shelton passed away December 18, 2025 at 12:50 pm in Maple Manor Nursing Home. Mr. Shelton was born January 9, 1941 in Muhlenberg County to Emmett and Lilly Powell Shelton. Mr. Shelton was a truck owner/driver for 29 years, and an avid horseback rider.

He was proceeded in death by his son Curtis Shelton, parents Emmett and Lilly Shelton, two brothers Brenton Shelton and Morris Shelton and a sister Wilma Jean Lacefield.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years Kathryn Sadler Shelton, son Brien (Louise) Shelton, daughter Brandi Shelton, two brothers Carol (Mary) Shelton, Ricky (Charlon) Shelton, and sister Linda (Tom) Scott and a sister-in-law Janette (Brenton) Shelton, four grandchildren Heather (Rob) Ward, Sable (Justin) Chapman, Hailey (Travis) Jones, Rien Shelton and a special niece Jennifer (Eric) Wright. Ten great grandchildren and two great grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and cousins.
