Wendell Macy Baldwin

Wendell Macy Baldwin of Martinsville, IN passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025 at the age of 86.

Born on October 30, 1938, Wendell was the beloved son of Chester J. and Nancy M. Baldwin. He was a devoted father to his son Kevin Baldwin, and a very proud grandfather to three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Wendell will be remembered for his unwavering love of his family, quiet strength and kind spirit. He was a kind and gentle soul to all who knew him.

Wendell was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Richard and James Baldwin and his sister Barbara Liddle.

Wendell's family offers a deep gratitude for all of the loving and compassionate care he received from the staff at the IU Bloomington Hospice House, who gave him the best possible quality of life and a calm, peaceful death.
