Virginia "Ginny" Ann Finley

Virginia Ann Finley, 79, of Columbus, Indiana, passed away peacefully at Keepsake Village July 27, 2023. Virginia was born in Duluth, Minnesota October 20, 1943, the daughter of Lyle and Evelyn (Erickson) Schlup. She was a talented designer, seamstress, teacher, writer, gardener, and DAR member. Ginny was a devoted wife for 60 years, a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her husband Richard, daughter Valerie Ruffin, son Russell, granddaughters Ashley and Erin, and great-grandsons Ethan and Jaxson.
A private service will be held. Her request was that instead of flowers, send donations to Alzheimer's Association of central Indiana.
