Thomas Christopher Spreck

Thomas was born December 18, 1966 in St. Louis Missouri. 

The third of eight siblings (4 brothers and 3 sisters), he was quiet, helpful & observant as a child. Once you became part of his trusted few, his energetic, comedic personality would be revealed. Tom was a unique, fun & funny guy. As a child he was called Christopher (his middle name) but started using Thomas or Tom as an adult. Despite all the difficulties & struggles he was forcibly faced with early in life & into adulthood; he was a successful entrepreneur & business person that was self supporting by the young age of 14. Truly an independent, self made man. 

Also a good & kind person. Anyone who knew him would verify this, but not many knew him well. Tom was a generous person and would often help others in need, sometimes to a fault. He wanted others to succeed like he did; especially his siblings & family. Tom often was solitary by choice, with the exception of his pet companions- the last of which was his beloved wolf dog named Soldier. They traveled for many years together. I can imagine them adventuring and experiencing life to the fullest, living stories that could fill a book. Memories of his light will never be dimmed for those who were fortunate enough to have loved him or to have ever been a part of his trusted circle. 

He deserved better in life, but what he created for himself by himself was golden. I feel very proud that he was my brother. I wish we had more time. 

Thomas is survived by his mother; Barbara Spreck of St. Louis Mo. Siblings: sister Carol (Nick) Nye of Ocean Isle, NC, brother Jay Spreck of Chicago Ill., brother Ryan (Melissa) Spreck (unknown), brother Eric Spreck (unknown), brother Andrew (Angela) Spreck (unknown), & sister Tracy (Joseph) Spreck of Mukwonago, WI. 8 nieces & nephews along with many special cousins, 2nd cousins, great nieces & nephews.
