Theodore Earl James (Teddy)

Theodore Earl James (Teddy), 53, Passed away August 21, 2026, in Bloomington In. Teddy was born in Iowa on January 20, 1973.

Teddy graduated from Centerville high school. Through his live Teddy was honored to travel, and travel he did from all over the USA along with hitchhiking through Europe in his younger years. Through his travels he would say his favorite journey was going to the mighty redwoods.

Teddy was a free-spirited man that had a loving and kind soul, willing to help all who he encountered.He was a true Hippie who prided himself on all that details, from camping under the stars in to loving the earth and smoking what it gave. He was a through and through Hawkeye, Eagles and Cubs fan that did not miss a game.

He was a loving father to an amazing son and even had a few bonus children which he loved and adored deeply.

Teddy is survived by his son Justin (JT) Terrell, along with his bonus children Jacob Deal and Willow Blackwell along with many friends from far and wide.
