Tammera K. (Whitaker) Mercer, 66, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024. She was born September 19, 1957 in Beech Grove, Indiana, the daughter of the late James and Florence Whitaker. She enjoyed baseball and dance. Tammera will be remembered by her children, Jessica (Waylon) Manns, Casey Mercer, and Matthew Mercer, 11 grandchildren; and brothers James Whitaker and Michael Whitaker. She was preceded in death by her sister, Cheryl Ann Whitaker and husband, Jeffrey Gerald Mercer.
