Randy Joe Higgins, 58, of Bloomington, Indiana, passed away on January 28, 2026. Born August 23, 1967, in Bloomington, he was the son of Larry and Christa (Dreher) Higgins.
Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Christa. He is survived by his father, Larry, as well as other loving family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
