Penny Sue Spicer, 78, passed away on March 26, 2025 in Bloomington Indiana. She was born December 30, 1946 in Bedford, Indiana to Bob and Evelyn Eads. She is survived by her brother, Lanny (Donetta) Eads, son Todd (Sonia) Sumpter, daughter Kelli Simmons, son Brad (Jennifer) Sumpter, many grand and great grand children, friends, and her cats that meant the world to her. She lived a good life.
