Patricia "Patty" Ingle

Patricia “Patty” Ingle was born January 10, 1956, in Indiana.

A proud mother and an even prouder grandmother and great-grandmother, she built her life around her family and the people she loved most.

Known simply as “Patty” to the familiar faces at local diners and restaurants throughout Indianapolis and Southern Indiana, or to the people of Mooresville as the familiar voice behind the desk at Rick's Muffler and Towing for more than twenty years, she was a constant presence wherever she went, always quick with a smile, a joke, or, when needed, a stern look that let you know exactly where you stood.

Her kitchen was always open. Patty showed her love through food and generosity, cooking for anyone who needed a meal at any hour of the day or night, never turning anyone away.

She loved music, fresh flowers, and driving everywhere like she had somewhere important to be.

Patty carried a fierce spirit and a force-of-nature energy that filled every room and left an impression on everyone she met.

She will be remembered for her strength, her sharp wit, her generosity, and the deep love she had for her family.
