Pamela McGloughlin

Pamela McGloughlin (nee Davis) – died March 24th, 2025. Beloved Mother, daughter, sister, wife and friend. Born December 3rd, 1963, to Robert and Lucy Davis. Proceeded in death by her loving father Robert Davis. Survived by her Mother Lucy Davis, sons Ciaran and Seamus, daughter Gaetes, brothers David and Todd and their families.

Our Mom was like a flower, beautiful, fleeting and impossible to ignore. She made us live in the moment, whether through laughter, chaos, or tears. No matter what was happening she always found a way to be the centerpiece. Even while dying she lit up the room like the full moon on a summer’s night.

The prettiest flowers always seem to get plucked first, as if the world cant help but claim them while they are still in bloom. My Mom was no exception. As a nurse she spent her life tending to others, yet in the end, it was as if fate had decided she had given too much, loved too deeply, and it was time for her to rest.
