Nancy Lee Ingram

Mrs. Nancy Lee Ingram (Lowe) passed away on June 8, 2024, in Bloomington, Indiana, at the age of 74. She was born on February 13, 1950, in Morocco, IN, USA, to the late Arthur and Leona Lowe.


Nancy was a woman of many talents and pursuits. She obtained her high school diploma from North Newton High School in 1968 and went on to graduate from the University of Indianapolis in 1972. While she initially pursued a career as a school teacher, she found her passion in accounting, dedicating many years to the profession. Nancy eventually retired from St. Francis Hospital in 2014.


Outside of her professional endeavors, Nancy was a woman of diverse interests. She enjoyed challenging herself with sudoku puzzles, spending quality time with her family, going on long scenic drives, and engaging in computer games.


Nancy will be dearly missed by her surviving family members, including her sisters Joan Burris, Judith Cobleigh, Jennie Kellner, brother Bill Lowe, daughter Deborah Ingram, granddaughters Ashley Martindale, Alyssa Debernardi, Akeaira Cochran, Adrienne Ingram, grandson Everett Ingram, great-grandsons Enzo, Ezai, and Ezri Martindale, and bonus-grandson Dallas Martindale. As well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Jean Lasley, Betty Dowty, Joyce Parker, husband James Ingram, and son Michael Ingram.


Mrs. Nancy Lee Ingram will be remembered for her kindness, inclusivity, intelligence, charity, and beauty. Her legacy of love and care will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
