Nancy O Crohn

Nancy O. (Davis) Crohn, beloved mother, proud grandmother, cherished sister, passed away on September 11th at the age of 86 .

Born on July 24, 1939 in SƟnesville, IN, Nancy grew up with her siblings and her endurable adventurous spirit. She carried that spirit into adulthood, where she lived in various states and spent most of her career working security for the Indianapolis Airport. Nancy had a giŌ for making everyone feel special. A natural story teller, friends and family will remember her most for her generosity and her memorable laugh. When she laughed, everyone in the room knew it and couldn’t help joining in. She found joy in reading the newest Danielle Steel, gardening and taking care of her four-legged animals. But nothing brought more happiness than Ɵme with family, especially her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children: Dean (Thresa) Crohn, Jerry (Sharon) Crohn, Nikki (Jack) Amigh and Crystal (Jim) Harden; grandchildren: Mandy (Doug) Adams, Jamie Crohn (Kris Hendren), James (Tia) Harden, Tori Amigh, MaƩhew Harden and Emily Crohn (Andrew Morgan); great-grandchildren: Lilly, Brenton, Violet, Jayce, Alexandria, Cali, Karsyn, Cecilia and Waylon. She is also survived by her sisters: BeƩy Hilliard and Jill Hovious and her brother, Jeff Davis.  She is joining in heaven: her parents; her partner: Jim Davis; brothers: Freddie Davis and Richard Murray; sisters: Mary Whistler and Rebecca Norris.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Nancy’s life at 1PM ET on Friday, October 3rd at 5 East Events, Mooresville IN. In lieu of flowers, donaƟons may be made to Creekside Animal Rescue Inc (Roachdale, IN) or Alzheimer’s AssociaƟon.
