Mickey Johnson

Mickey Johnson, 74, entered eternal rest on April 4, 2026. He was born on May 14, 1951, to Noules and Mable (Kemp) Johnson. Mickey graduated from Martinsville High School with the Class of 1969.

Shortly after graduation, Mickey joined the Army. He served in Germany until he was honorably discharged.

Mickey then worked for many years as a mailman in Martinsville, retiring in 2009. He spent much of his retirement working in his garage.

Mickey is survived by his daughter, Haley (Doug) Strader; his grandson, Alex Aldridge of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; and his granddaughter, Emma Johnson.

A celebration of life will be held on May 9, 2026, at the VFW, 1000 South Josephine Street, Martinsville, Indiana, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
