Cox (both deceased) He was raised by Charles & Ruth Cox (stepmother) Surviving is his stepmother Ruth Cox, stepbrothers Lee Wilcher and Rickey (Bonnie) Wilcher, stepsisters Donna (Andy) Hackman and Sandra Lusk. He was preceded in death by his stepbrother Michael R. Wilcher. He was a semi-truck driver most of his life. A small private gathering of immediate family was held.
