Laura Lea Monnett

Laura Lea Monnett, 69, of Poland, Indiana passed away on May 16th 2025. Laura was born on April 1st 1956 in Greencastle, Indiana to Robert Monnett and Yolanda (Terry) Monnett. Laura was preceded in death by her beloved, Timothy Mason.

Laura graduated Greencastle High School in 1974, she retired from Brazil Housing Authority. Laura was a plant and garden enthusiast. Laura had a great interest in Native American history and culture. Laura was a professing Christian.

Laura is survived by her brother Robert (Belinda) Monnett, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held at Bee Ridge Church, 3010 W County Rd 1000 N, Brazil, IN 47834, on Sunday June 8th 2025 at 5 pm. Pastor Jeff Bridgewater will be officiating the service.
