Born on April 24, 1972, in Columbus, Indiana, Jeffrey was the son of Roger Parks.
Jeffrey worked as a shipping foreman in the trucking industry throughout his career. A high school graduate, he proudly served his country in the United States Armed Forces.
He is survived by his father Roger Parks, among other family members and friends. Jeffrey will be remembered by those who knew him, and his memory will be cherished by his family and friends.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Halo Cremations.
