Jason Patrick Hofferth

Jason Patrick "Jay" Hofferth, age 44, of Lafayette In. passed away at his home on May 03, 2022. Jay was born in Hammond, IN and was a graduate of Hammond high school. He was a quality control manager at various manufacturing facilities in Lafayette. Jay had an outgoing personality and a golden heart, He was a true sports fan and a loving uncle. Jay is survived by Edward (Lisa) Hofferth and Jeremy (Angel) Hofferth as well as nieces, a nephew and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private at the request of the family.
