Glen Ryan Griffey

Glen Ryan Griffey, 67, passed away at his residence on January 10, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. Born in Indianapolis, IN to Betty Griffey-Martin and Grant Griffey, he was a graduate of Eminence High School and served in the US Navy. Before his retirement he worked as a HVAC/maintenance technician for Coca-Cola, Time Warner, and Niagara Water Bottling Company. He was an avid fisherman and had a strong passion for music and playing guitar.
Glen is survived in death by his wife of 44 years, Deborah Marshall Griffey, three daughters: Brandy Stepan, Elizabeth Pratt (Ralph), and Jennifer Hornaday (Dustin), two sisters: Nancy Bunch and Sheila Griffey, two brothers: Michael Griffey and Anthony Griffey, and five grandchildren: Skyler Moore, Emily Stepan, Avery Hornaday, Isabella Pratt, and Rory Hornaday.
He is preceded in his death by both parents and two nephews: Anthony Griffey Jr and Trevor Griffey.
A private service will be held for immediate family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, you may send donations to the American Cancer Society.
