Dennis Mantia Jr.

Dennis Mantia Jr. (DJ) age 44 of New Haven, IN, passed away on January 9, 2026 in Parkview Regional Medical Center, in Fort Wayne, IN. Born on May 14, 1981, in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, he was the beloved son of Dennis Mantia Sr and Nancy Mantia. 

DJ is survived by his mother Nancy Mantia, aunt Carol McGuigan and his loving children, Destany Mantia (spouse Ethan Brill) and Dennis Mantia III, as well as his two grandchildren, Damon Mantia and Oakley Brill. He was a devoted family man who cherished spending time with his grandchildren. 

DJ is preceded in Death by his father Dennis Mantia Sr, grandmother Sophia Bugdon, grandfather Bernard Bugdon, and uncle Dennis McGuigan. 

DJ attended Lakewood High School in New Jersey and graduated in 1999, where he made lasting friendships and memories. In his free time, he enjoyed collecting movies and playing video games.
