Denim Joseph Fassold

October 2, 1989 — July 10, 2023

Denim Joseph Fassold sadly gained his wings on July 10th, 2023 at St. Francis hospital, with his mother Terri Jareski and three of his siblings; Cody Kuhn, Harley Rutherford and Tiarra Boling, and soon to be brother-in-law James Beckham by his side. He was born to Scott Daren Fassold and Terri Beth Fassold on October 2nd, 1989 in Shelbyville, Indiana at Major Hospital.
Denim Fassold was proceeded in death by his father Scott Fassold on August 2nd, 2021. He was also proceeded in death by his two grandfathers; Huey B Fassold and James H Smith who both passed in 2009, his grandmothers; Judith Rose and Mary Smith, and his Aunt Tina Smith-Pogue who passed on July 31st 2017.
Denim is survived by his son Boston Fassold and his daughter Zailey Spear both of Shelbyville, Indiana. He is also survived by his mother Terri Jareski of Jasonville, Indiana, two brothers; Cody Kuhn and Harley Rutherford, both of Shelbyville, Indiana, four sisters; Tiarra Boling, Destini Johnson and Kayla Robison, all of Shelbyville, Indiana, and Karissa King of Indianapolis, his fianc Bethany Marell of Shelbyville, Indiana, and his grandmother Terry Ray of Shelbyville, Indiana.
Denim enlisted in the Armed Forces of the United States of America on October 31st, of 2006.
Denim was baptized while on active duty in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri on August 24th, 2008.
On February 19th, 2009 Denim was accepted into the Military Intelligence Corps.
Sadly on September 30th, 2010, Denim was discharged under honorable conditions from the Army National Guard, due to his continued seizures.
Denim loved to fish and hunt. He loved watching sports but especially Chelsea F.C.
Denim enjoyed exotic animals and owned a few until a few days after his passing.
He loved taking selfies with his cat and his dog.
Denim loved giving advice to others and was highly intelligent.
He enjoyed spending time with his two children and encouraging them through each day of their lives.
Denim was the oldest of my five children and they looked up to him and he was glad to be of assistance in any way possible.
Denims passing was very sudden and unexpected and those who loved him are completely crushed.
Denim had a contagious smile and a very different sense of humor as most. He was one of a kind and he is missed so very much by his family and friends. See you soon My Son! ❤️😘
