Philips Miller, PA, Father John Miller, PA, She is survived by Chester (Jay) Cassell and Janice Cassell from Edinburgh ,IN, two Grandchildren Benjamin Cassell (Seymour), Johnathon Cassell (Edinburgh), five Great-grandchildren; Alexandra Cassell, Jackson Cassell (Edinburgh), Cameron (Abigail) Cassell (Seymour), Alyssa Cassell (Seymour) and David Cassell (Seymour).
