Deborah Ann Bumpus

Deborah Ann Bumpus passed away February 14, 2024 at Elkhart General Hospital after a brief battle... Deborah was born September 27, 1958 in Kendallville, Indiana to Franklin Foote and Josephine (Freeman).

She is survived by a sister Diana Macneal (Randolph) , her children James Howard (Angel), Jessie Howard and her daughter Michele Howard and nine grandchildren; Matthew, Caleb, Madison, Megan, Xavier, Olivia, Jeremiah, Jacob, Sarah and Deb was expecting soon to be great-grandmother. Deb was a very loving grandmother who loved family get togethers (holiday’s) and meeting for breakfast. She loved her puppies Ragnar and Cruella. Deb was a very caring person who was always there when you needed someone. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her."
