He is survived by one child, Romeo Elijah Mooney; brother Lowell A Mooney; sister Linda A Lacefield; nieces Tina Hill, Maria Ruffin and Rhonda RedBear.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lowell and Katherine Mooney; sisters, Sherry Mattox and Joy Stillings.
