Billy L. Tilkins

Billy L. Tilkins was born in Richmond, New York on July 22, 1947 to Robert and Theda Tilkins. His family moved to Fort Wayne in 1955. Bill went to be with the Lord on April 11, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Although he was a private man, he was a very loving, loyal, and devoted family man. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Debora Tilkins (Woods). Son Billy Tilkins II (Dawn), daughters Christina Norris (Aaron), Jennifer Swygart William), Carin Dukes (Dana). He also had the enjoyment of 13 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Love, peace, and happiness always.
