Betty L Ross

Betty L. Ross, 86, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026, in Bloomington, Indiana. She was born on October 2, 1939, in Crab Orchard, Kentucky, to the late Joseph and Gertie Buchanan.

Betty was a devoted family woman who cherished her loved ones above all else. She is survived by her daughter, Tina Robbins (Scott) of Bloomington, Indiana; her granddaughters, Abigail Robbins of Bloomington, Indiana, and Brittany Colglazier of Salem, Indiana; and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her nephews, Mark Buchanan (Patty) of Columbus, Indiana, Troy Buchanan (Kim) of Columbus, Indiana, and Jeff Buchanan of New Albany, Indiana; and her niece, Diana Buchanan of Louisville, Kentucky. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Harlan D. Ross, her brothers, Joey Buchanan and Jimmy Buchanan ..

A passionate fan of UK Basketball and NASCAR Racing, Betty brought enthusiasm and joy to those around her. She loved her family deeply and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
