Barbara Mildred Stewart

Barbara M. Stewart of Bowling Green, KY passed away in her home on April 19th, 2025 at the age of 90. Barbara was a member of Highview Baptist Church in Louisville, KY. She was secretary at Talton K. Stone Jr. High in Elizabethtown, Ky for several years, and was a retired Civil Service secretary at Ft. Knox where she served as Chapter President of F.E.W. (Federally Employed Women) for a year. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Stewart Dwyer, two grandchildren, Valerie Dwyer and Vernon Dwyer, and her beloved Manchester Terrier Abbey. She is preceded in death by Bobby G. Stewart (husband) and Donald P. Stewart (son), both of Hardin County, KY. She was a faithful Children’s Sunday School teacher for 40 years.
