Arshion Douglas Brooks was the oldest of four children, born to the late Arshion Brooks and Dorothy Brooks (Beard) on May 16, 1959. God, in His infinite wisdom, called him home on September 8, 2025.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his siblings, Teresa Hudson (Brooks), Meleaine Pickett (Brooks), and Timothy Brooks; his fiancée, Charlotte Wood; his nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loved ones.

Arshion served in the United States Navy. He also worked as a panel Pain mini water towers. If you see your water tower in your city, he probably want to paint it. He lived a long happy life of 66 years and will be truly missed. He was a great brother, friend and confidant. Never met a stranger and always tried to help whoever he could when he could.
