Steven Tyler Knott

Steven Tyler Knott, age 32, was a smart, hard working, creative outgoing person. After a long battle of addiction, he died peacefully on February 5th, 2022 at home.
Born on August 16th 1989, in Louisville Ky, He was a special boy that had a huge loving heart. He was a adventurous person that loved to fix and building anything. He loved helping all his neighbors and did what he could for anybody that needed it. Everyone loved him. He loved spending time with his Dad and his dog Buddy.
Sadly he suffered addiction that does not discriminate anyone. He is as peace now with the Lord and is no longer suffering. He was predeceased by his mother Stacy Knott, sister Sandy Duncan, grandmother Sandra Wise, uncle Norman Knott, uncle Carrol Knott, aunt Maxine Crawley, aunt Tina Cahill and others. He was survived by his father Gary Knott, sister Jessica Knott, sister Forrest Hartman, brother Gary Knott Jr., aunt Joy Knott, and many other family.
