Letter to Dad Dad, Today I am struggling to write your Obituary and this letter to serve as a eulogy through tear filled eyes and grief along with so many millions of thoughts that running through my mind. Through this letter I want to express my love for you and at the same time explain to others what kind of man you was and it is very hard to put those thoughts and feelings into words. You mean more than the world to me. You were loved by my mother through your conformity and the love you had for her and your children. By the father you were, by the way she watched you play with us, by the way you treated others, by the way you carried yourself and took care of us all. You were the most moral man she knew. My memories of childhood and all the things you accomplished to make our home a happy place are something I will never be able to thank you enough for. The games and the sports we played, teaching us to drive, taking our first steps, all the advice you gave, all the lessons you taught us, and the tools you put in our hands. You were my role model and my guiding light throughout my life. You were my best friend. Dad you made this world a better place. You was a friend to so many! You was always there to lend a hand, be a shoulder, and what we will remember most is how important to you that it was to be present. You gave me, you gave us, your time, your care, and your love that was profound. You gave so unselfishly and that was just who you was. Only a heart as dear as yours could give as easily as you did. Thank you for teaching so hard by example and having such an effortless dedication to us and all you loved. Your quiet but strong presence had so much influence. I will forever be looking for you on the sidelines knowing that your gonna continue to be there with that same presence as always watching over all of us. You will always be my conscience for you have shown me and many more what the definition of a man is. Go rest high now Daddy, we love you to the moon and back!
