Elizabeth A Sauser

Elizabeth "Beth" A. Sauser (nee Lattire) of Manchester passed away at her residence Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at the age of 83. She was born on April 19,1939, daughter of the late Arthur and Marie Lattire. She was married on December 7,1957 to Gerald "Jerry" R. Sauser.
Beth worked for the Indiana State Police in Versailles for 20 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Manchester, Indiana. She enjoyed painting, knitting, quilting, and other needlecrafts as well as working crosswords and reading and collecting books. Affectionately known as "Mumsy" she loved being surrounded by family. She enjoyed lunch with her sisters as well as cutthroat games of Canasta with her children and grandchildren.
Beth is survived by her husband Jerry Sauser, Sr, children Julie(Keith)Johnson and Jerry, Jr (Val). Grandmother of Andy, Renee, Sophie, Chance, Madelyn, Grace, and Kayla. Great-grandmother of Alyssa, Cassidy, Maysson, and JesiRae. Sister of Jan Burlage and Verna Hastings.
Preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Marie Lattire, and sister Marilyn Hane.
A celebration of life will be held by family and close friends at a future date.
Memorials may be directed to the Community United Methodist Church in Manchester or the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
