Drew was survived by his father Ralph Shepard, his mother Jackie Hazelbaker, brothers Ralph Shepard Jr., Reese Shepard, sister Adreanne Tiller, and his children Dawson Shepard and Karissa Shepard. Also surviving his nieces Shibhon Shepard, Summer Tiller, Avalynn Shepard, Guineviere Shepard, Lovella Shepard, Lexi Collins, Kaylan Collins, great niece Janiah Tiller, and his nephews Hayden Collins, Nathaniel Luckey.
